What you can do

copy, publish, sublicense and redistribute the weights
any internal use that does not expose the model to third parties
Conditions
keep the copyright and permission notice in all copies
API or hosted-endpoint businesses need a separate license from Qwen for commercial use
standalone AI coding or office-productivity products need a separate license from Qwen
products over 100M monthly active users or US$20M monthly revenue must display the model name
What you cannot do
use must comply with applicable laws and not infringe third-party IP
Qwen disclaims all liability
