A permissive license for model weights, data and code that allows any use without restrictions on use or outputs.
Commercial use allowed
You can use models under this license in commercial products and services.
What you can do
use the model in commercial products and services
modify, fine-tune, and create derivative works
distribute copies and derivative works
grant covers copyright, patent, database and trade secret rights
use and modify privately without any obligation
Conditions
keep a copy of the agreement and the notices of origin when distributing
What you cannot do
the grant terminates if you sue claiming the model infringes a patent or copyright
you are responsible for clearing any third-party rights
the providers are not liable for any damages
provided "as is" without warranty
