Meta's MIT-style license for Muse Spark Open. Allows commercial use, with attribution, a usage policy and a revenue threshold for hosted model services.
Commercial use allowed
You can use models under this license in commercial products and services.
What you can do
use the model in commercial products and self-hosted services
fine-tune, distill, merge and create derivative models
copy, publish, sublicense and sell copies of the model
Meta claims no ownership of the content the model generates
Conditions
products using the model or its derivatives must prominently display "Built with Muse Spark Open"
must follow Meta's acceptable use policy for Muse models
services that expose the model to third parties need a separate agreement with Meta above US$20M in annual revenue
models trained, distilled or improved from it carry the same conditions
What you cannot do
no use by minors, no presenting outputs as human-generated, no unlicensed legal, medical or financial practice, no malicious code
Meta disclaims all liability
provided "as is" without warranty
