any use that does not make the model available to third parties
Conditions
keep the copyright and permission notice in all copies
companies offering the model or its derivatives to third parties via API or hosted endpoints need a commercial license from Mistral
What you cannot do
Mistral is not liable for any claim or damages
the model and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranty
NOTE — Embedding the model inside a feature of your own product, or relaying requests to models hosted by others, does not count as Model as a Service.
